Vivy is your personal health companion. Our team empowers people to take charge of their own health and wellbeing. We believe a healthier life is a happier life.
Our app revolutionises the health industry and takes it to the digital age. Since 2017, our team of around 84 employees in our Berlin office encourage patients to gain full control of their own health. We partner with over 30 health insurance companies in Germany and work with industry experts to provide a platform with the highest data security standards. It is our aim to become a valuable health companion and have a direct impact on our society's well-being.
Since 1948, The World Health Organisation (WHO) stands to the definition of health as “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease, or infirmity”. This definition is outdated as disease patterns, healthcare and society have progressed. One broadly suggested new approach is to define “health as the ability to adapt and to self manage, in the face of social, physical and emotional challenges”. The emphasis lies on to adapt and self manage.
To adapt and self manage is at the core of Vivy’s vision. We want to provide a personal digital health assistant that conveniently provides access to the “world of health” so the user can adapt according to her or his needs. We are fully aware that health is not an aim by itself, but a means to a meaningful life. Vivy’s mission reflect on this enabling function. You have one life. We believe your health is the key to living it to the fullest. And this key belongs in your hands.
Start your career with Vivy, your personal health companion. Empower your career, empower your well-being.
Mornings @ Vivy
For a healthy start to the day, we turn up the music! Everyone is invited to add their favourite tunes to one of our playlists on the tablet in the hallway. Sweaty bodies are on their way to the shower room after an invigorating session of Freeletics or Yoga together with their colleagues. Laughter and inspiring conversations can be overheard in the kitchen while people prepare their breakfast. At Vivy, we value qualitative, organic food such as fresh fruit and vegetables, muesli, nuts to fuel your energy and other nutritious snacks.
Daytime @ Vivy
We start the week with a team stand-up, so everyone is aligned on the weekly goals ahead. We work in an agile way with transparent OKRs. We have a large common space, our Playground, and a lovely kitchen which we use for informal meetings. Oftentimes, we host events with the aim to learn and develop.
If you ever feel like refuelling your energy throughout the day, you'll always find a contender for a round of table tennis or table soccer.
Evening @ Vivy
