What categories of personal data do we process in this data processing? When you visit our website, the browser you use on your terminal device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a server log file until it is automatically deleted.

What do we use your personal data for in this data processing? The data is processed for the purpose of ensuring a smooth connection and comfortable use of the website as well as for the evaluation of system security and stability.

What is the legal basis for this data processing? The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 S. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest in data processing is based on the purposes for which the data are processed. We do not use the data to draw conclusions about your person.

How long do we store your personal data during this data processing? The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose for which they were collected. This is the case when the respective session has ended.

With whom do we share your personal data during this data processing? Your data will not be shared with third parties.

What categories of personal data do we process in this data processing? When you contact us via the contact form, e.g. under "Submit request", or by e-mail to an e-mail address provided by us, the personal data you provide via the contact form or e-mail is stored. This includes your e-mail address and other information that you provide us with.

What do we use your personal data for in this data processing? We use your contact data to answer your inquiries.  

What is the legal basis for this data processing? The legal basis for the data processing is the fulfilment of our (pre-)contractual obligations in the context of the provision of our range of services for the use of the website in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR.

With whom do we share your personal data in this data processing? For answering and documenting customer inquiries, we use the customer service tool Zendesk, a customer service platform of Zendesk Inc., 989 Market Street #300, San Francisco, CA 94102. Zendesk Inc. acts for us as a processor of orders. The provider of this tool is certified according to the EU-US Privacy Shield. Here you will find the privacy policy of Zendesk Inc.

How long do we store your personal data during this data processing? We archive completed requests after 180 days. For statistical purposes, the inquiries remain archived in anonymized form for a further 8 months and are then deleted.

 

§ 5 Use of tracking and analysis tools

What categories of personal data do we process in this data processing? The Vivy website uses so-called "cookies". Cookies are text files that are stored in the Internet browser or by the Internet browser on the user's computer system. This involves the use of data of visitors to our website, such as IP addresses, place and time of the visit. The user data collected in this way is pseudonymised by technical precautions. What categories of personal data do we process in this data processing? If you contact us via the information channels we provide, such as e-mail or telephone, we process your contact data and the information you provide.

 

What do we process your personal data for in this data processing? The data is processed in order to provide you with comprehensive service and to answer your questions.

 

What is the legal basis for this data processing? The legal basis for the data processing is the fulfilment of our (pre-)contractual obligations in the context of the provision of our service offer for the use of the website in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b) GDPR.

 

How long do we store your personal data during this data processing? We store completed requests for a period of 180 days. For statistical purposes, the inquiries remain archived for a further 8 months and are then deleted.

§ 7 Your rights as a visitor

Information: You have the right to request information from Vivy at any time about the personal data we have stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR). This also applies to the recipients or categories of recipients to whom this data is passed on, the purpose and duration of storage.

Correction, deletion, restriction of processing: You also have the right to demand correction under the conditions of Art. 16 GDPR, deletion under the conditions of Art. 17 GDPR or restriction of processing under the conditions of Art. 18 GDPR.

Data transferability: You may also request to receive your personal data provided to Vivy at any time according to  Art. 20 GDPR.

Objection to processing: Objection to processing: If personal data are processed to perform tasks in the public interest (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 letter e) GDPR) or to protect legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 letter f) GDPR), you may object to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future. In the event of such an objection, we must refrain from any further processing of your data for the aforementioned purposes, unless
