Our Design team design our beautiful Vivy. They ensure that the product is user-centred and creates a meaningful experience for you as a user.

Product Management:
Vivy's Product Management is responsible for defining the why, when, and what of our app and translate that into a product strategy, roadmap and feature definition.

Vivy engineers are the people in our company that build our product. They are experts in the backend, the app or another portion of the stack.

 The Data team's goal is to support Vivy's operations through deep-dive data analysis. They help the business make more informed and data-driven decisions.

Data security and protection is at the forefront of what we do every day and our security team ensure that your data is safe with us.

Sales/ Business Development:
Our Business Development & Sales teams work with third party partners and are responsible for assessing challenges and implementing initiatives to develop Vivy even further for you.

Customer Care:
Your health is our priority. If you need to get in touch with us, our Customer Care team will be the voice on the other side of the line. We care.

Vivy's Finance Department has the responsibility to ensure that the company optimises its use of financial resources.

No matter what we build, we ensure that it is 100% compliant. Our in-house legal team are experts in data privacy matters and consult our product team throughout the development process.

Our People & Culture team support Vivy in finding the best people and in creating a happy and healthy environment for all our employees to thrive in.



Where is your office based?
We are based in Central Berlin near the famous landmark Checkpoint Charlie. We are well connected to public transport and have lots of great lunch places within walking distance.

What language do you speak at Vivy?
Our company language is English. However, some positions require German language skills. You'll find further info in the job description.

What's your dress code and how do you address each other?
Our dress code is casual. We want you to feel comfortable at work. This is also why we address each other by our first names.

How should I apply?

How does your recruitment process work?
Our People & Culture team aims to update you on the status of your application as quickly as possible. In the case of a high application volume, this can take up to a few weeks. If your application fits our requirements, a recruiter will contact you to set up a first HR interview. This will usually be a phone or video call interview. If you're successful, you'll advance to the next stage which is either a task or an on-site interview with the respective team that you applied for. It depends on the position. In any case, only once both you and ourselves are sure that it would be a great fit, we will make you a job offer.

How does onboarding at Vivy work?
You'll receive an email containing all relevant info for your start at Vivy before your first day. Our People & Culture team will ensure that all equipment and IT accounts are set up for you. They will also let you know when to arrive on day one and will match you up with someone from your team who will accompany you throughout your onboarding period. Within the first few days you’ll also be invited to an onboarding meeting with our management team.
